LISA ROADS - Lead Coach
I’m Lisa, I’m your retreat strategy coach
With over 25 years of short-term rental and marketing experience, including successfully scaling and selling a short-term rental business in Cyprus from 0 - 175 beachfront properties in 5 years, Lisa has first-hand experience of successfully scaling and selling a business, a business that she remotely managed from the UK for over 18 years.
Since selling her STR business in Cyprus in 2021, with such a big passion for the STR sector, she never considered retirement, but instead turned to consulting and education, and co-authored a book to share her knowledge and experience to help the next generation of STR Property Managers.
Lisa is a Speaker at STR Industry events, providing educational keynotes at SCALE UK, SCALE Barcelona, The Exit Door, Your Air Success, The Direct Booking Summit and this year will be supporting the Short Stay Summit in London.
Lisa is on a mission to help women in STR to sustainably scale and plan the exit and sale of their business to help them to achieve financial freedom, and build a lifestyle they love. She is adding this retreat to her service suite of her 6-month mastermind accelerator program, 1:1 coaching, and small group workshops.

Award Winning Hosts
Daniela and Vincenzo are the powerhouse award winning property managers behind Marbella SKOL Apartments.
With a long career in hospitality which started as restauranteurs and a successful Italian restaurant in Marbella, in 1998 this travel passionate power pair started their journey into property real estate and property management with their own short term rental in SKOL Apartments.
Since that moment customer care and giving their holiday guests a Spanish holiday to remember, they have built huge brand loyalty and 80% direct booking all year round business with a focus on providing digital nomads with a very special office with a sea view.
They now manage just short of 100 properties, have won awards in recognition of their five star service and Daniela has written a book "Mastering WhatsApp Business - Your Guide to Driving Direct Bookings through Social Media and Brand Synergy"

You can! If you have a room share preference for sharing a twin room or you know someone that you would like to be in the same apartment with - just let us know and we can organise that!
You have diet requirements
We will do our very best to accommodate any special dietary requirements so please let us know as soon as you can and we will discuss with our caterers and restaurants to offer you what you need.
